Will not come back to this location. I travel a lot and have been to many Starbucks. This location charges almost $1.00 more for the same drink I get everywhere else. All the prices at this location are higher than most others. Workers standing around on their phones instead of helping customers. Will go to a different location that actually cares about their customers and community.

1 star. This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had. The service was slow, my drink was made incorrectly, and the staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. By the time I got the correct drink it was no longer worth the wait. For the prices Starbucks charges, I expect much better quality and customer service. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Bree the barista was awesome. First we went through the drive-through and she was fantastic. Then we decided to sit outside and it was beautiful with a vine growing like a wall.

I visited the Broadway location this morning to pick up a DoorDash order and had a very disappointing customer service experience with Shelby. When I arrived, there were 20+ items scattered across the counter waiting to be picked up. I could clearly see the three items for my DoorDash order ready and sitting there. As I waited for anyone to even acknowledge I was there, more customers gathered around the counter trying to sort through the drinks and food. I even asked the employee making coffees if I could have a bag so I could help move things along, as I didn’t mind assisting. When Shelby came over to the pickup counter, she asked me — out of the six people standing there — to step back and give her space. I did step back. However, she then proceeded to ask every other person their order name to help them, without acknowledging me. I had been the first one at the counter. I asked if there was a reason I wasn’t being helped, since she hadn’t even asked for the name on my order. She responded, “I’m working on it,” despite not knowing which order I was there for. I could still see my completed order on the counter, but she moved it out of my reach and told me I could just skip the o

Staff is all friendly. Normally I walk in and my drink is already ready. The manager with pixie cut and brown and blue hair (Michelle I think is her name?) is beast! She keeps the place running ship shape no matter how crazy things get and her customer service is impeccable. She deserves a raise!
